About Us
It started with a dad and mom driving to the country. They drove by this property and it caught their eye. No for sale sign; just and old rugged mailbox leaning over with an address. Mom did the research and dad made it happen. The family prayed over the property and a few short months the property was theirs. Lullwater is a true “labor of love” that a father led and oversaw. Just as the Father loves his children and gives good gifts this earthly father did the same for his family and especially so for his baby girl. You see Sarah had a dream of a barn/farm wedding and that is in part how The Farm at Lullwater came to be. Of course God had the plan from the beginning and all the in between was the vessels to carry out the plan. Mom prayed and thanked God every day. Mom also had the vision to bring together the smallest of details. Down to the Lullwater name being inspired by God.

After aquiring the property in May 2016, James and his family began clearing the overtaken land. Later that year, James began to renovate the farmhouse. Shortly after finishing the farmhouse, he started building the beautiful barn that sits on the property. Here are some photos to show the transformation of The Farm at Lullwater:
